python3-stdnum software package provides Python module to handle standardized numbers and codes (Python3 version), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install python3-stdnum
python3-stdnum is installed in your system.
Make ensure the python3-stdnum package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python3-stdnum *
You will get with python3-stdnum package name, version, architecture and description in a table
